RustBar Pro is a two-part polyurea coating. Part A and Part B are mixed right before you apply, and they react into a solid elastic film — no solvents evaporating, no shrinking, no waiting overnight between coats. What you put on is what stays on: 100% solids, zero VOC, barely any smell, safe to apply in a closed garage with the door cracked.
The cured film is the interesting part. Pull-test numbers around 2,600 PSI mean you cannot tear it off with anything short of a grinder. Stretch numbers over 350% mean a flexing trailer tongue or a vibrating mower deck will not crack it. And because it bonds at over 400 PSI to properly scuffed steel, it does not peel at the edges the way paint does — there is no edge for water to get under.
